Positive interview with the Recruiter. Positive experience with the hiring manager. Although it wasn't the right fit, I felt I was treated respectfully throughout the process. I had a clear understanding of what they were looking for, what their culture was, and what they were trying to achieve.

Interview process was fast and easy. I initially interviewed with a recruiter who answered all questions and described the role. Second interview was with manager and team leads for the respective role.
