It was a very laid back interview. I was interviewed by the founder - Dianne Averill. She was very relaxed and asked personality/fit questions as to whether or not I would like to work there and if the work intrigued me etc. It was a fairly short interview - about 30 minutes - but I was offered the internship. She said the emphasis of the internship would be on learning, which works for me :)
