I have attended the interview last month for the post of the Junior Java developer.The Process took full day. There are two technical rounds(face to face) conducted by different interviewver and third round PI. Management is not good.

Apti +2 technical+hr round was there.Apti was easy.they mainly ask about projects and strings ,exception handling,oops conceptscollections logic, jsp u should be thorough with it and also jdbc and servlet.They took 4 almost an hour interview.
