Interview
They insisted for the interview to be live. Interview didn't start on time (unannounced 25 minutes delay without having them say - "We apologize"). Interview, in other words, was me presenting my work experience. Since I didn't get information of planned duration of the meeting I've briefly introduced myself. After that, as they didn't have any questions, interview ended.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Auto Hrvatska d.d.
Interview
I got a call and was invited to a test, which lasted 3 hours in total. It included IQ test (figures, text, numbers), language test and 170 psychological questions. A week later was invited again over the phone to an interview. Both times was a very short notice.
I was ensured that a decision on the right candidate would be taken already same week.
Finally no one ever came back to me with any positive or negative feedback, neither over the phone nor in writing.
The hiring process started professionally, but unfortunately ended unprofessionally.

Interview
Waited for one month after job ad expiration date and then got contacted by phone. First time I got tested (IQ and personality). I was called for an interview 2 months later, since I passed the test, I guess.
A psychologist, and 2 interviewers were present. When I asked them questions, their answers were vague and they were putting words in my mouth. Not professional, and yet they have an HR department.
Advice: if you apply for a something-to-do-with-sales position, you have to be prepared to come up with the answers they wanna hear (and it is possible to prepare them).
Organization of the work and working positions is pretty good. Everyone knows what they are supposed to do and can turn to their superior in search for an advice.
