I interviewed for the Process Governance Specialist role and initially had a good experience with the first-round recruiter call, followed by a second interview with senior staff. However, I was never contacted again, not even to confirm I was unsuccessful. I followed up twice and received no reply, which felt unprofessional and disappointing. For an organisation built on values of care and wellbeing, the lack of communication stood out. Candidates deserve basic courtesy and closure, especially after investing time in multiple interview rounds.
