So, I made it to the interview round after completing some tests and an assignment. The interview went super well and did all my homework of the company beforehand so the interviewer was really impressed. At the end I asked him if I had any weaknesses and I should work on them, he clearly stated that he doesn't have any negative feedback for me and I would be scheduled for another interview for the next step. Lo and behold over the weekend my application was rejected. I think this was an issue on the "Crossover" platform side because interviewer and had no reservations regarding me and he could have easily cancelled the application without even taking the interview. He missed our first interview and was so humble to schedule another one the next day around my availability. Upon inquiring from Crossover support, I got the typical template response and they are really of not much help. I have reached out to them earlier too for other applications and they usually have no clue what is happening and just copy paste responses over the email.
