Atrain interview questions

After almost two months, I finally received a response to my application and was invited to an interview. The interview itself was a very positive experience: the conversation was respectful, engaging, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. Both the interviewer and the company culture left a strong positive impression on me. At the end of the interview, I was told that I would hear back within 5–10 days to schedule a second interview. The next stage of the process, including an assessment center, was already outlined and discussed. However, after three weeks without any update, I followed up with the recruiter via email. One week later, I sent another message via LinkedIn. Unfortunately, neither message received a response, even two weeks later. While my interview experience was excellent, the lack of communication afterwards was disappointing and did not match the professional and appreciative impression I had gained during the interview itself.
