Interview process was simple, namely a single interview with two people (one from HR and one from the department). Interview was friendly and seemed to go well. Most surprised at the fact that no questions were asked about previous employers (or anything on my CV).
Perhaps this is why the feedback I received was so nonsensical. In 30m, they decided that I would not be suitable for such a 'fast paced' job. Despite not asking any questions about my previous employment. And despite this being the primary reason why I wanted the job.
