I was interviewed by HR, 1 on 1, and as well as with the panel that were mostly in Sydney. I thought I did extremely well and found myself to be a great fit. The panel was very friendly and informative. I did feel a slight difference in etiquette from Australian staff vs. the US. and did get "ghosted" for couple of weeks before I was told about the outcome. Based on my experience, Atlassian likes to make you wait for weeks before rejecting you. If you don't hear from them within the first week or two, you can forget about it.
