Ark Regional Services interview questions

I met with three supervisors in the chain of command. I was nervous, but they made me feel relaxed almost immediately. The questions were fairly standard, but there were some that focused on perceptions of those with developmental disabilities. Best way to nail this interview? Be a genuinely good person, and show that you care for the population of individuals you'll be working with.
