Interview
I was recommended to the manager by a graduating senior who would no longer be able to tutor. I briefly met with the manager after speaking to her on the phone just to sort out paperwork and for her to get to know me a little.
It's a three step process for peer tutors: initial phone interview with an HR worker, then a tutor orientation with a bunch of other applicants, then a phone interview with your REA.
