Interview
Casual conversation, was asked about my experiences and what I could bring to the team. Very vibes-based, they're looking for people that are similar to them. First I spoked with HR then two team members.
It was very unstructured and they hadn't prepared any questions. I believed the interview went well as I answered all the questions but I never heard back from them. I tried to follow up a lot of times, but no reply from the HR.

Interview
30 minute HR call
1 hour call with VP Engineering
4 hour take home case study (MERN Stack)
Fill out a rather extensive candidate questionnaire about how you work and why you want to work for Aries Global
Finally three in person interviews:
30 mins with a junior team member
1 hour with VP Engineering on case study (this was scheduled for 30 minutes)
3 minutes with the CEO (though this was scheduled for 30 minutes)
