Archblock Engineering Manager interview questions

Very poor process. I mean, very! Recruiting team wouldn't give an update when following up on email, when contacting the recruiting lead on LinkedIn, they said they decided not to move on and when asking for the reason why and feedback saying they don't meet the bar to engage with other candidates they blocked me on LinkedIn.
