Contacted by Recruiter via LinkedIn. First, I met with the recruiter, who explained the job position. The second interview was with the Recruitment leader, who explained the contract type. Finally, I informed the recruitment team that I would not proceed with the job application.

I applied through Online Job-board. My profile was matching 80% to the job description. On the same day of applying, I got a very rude rejection reply from them saying you should read the JD before applying and wasting everyone's time. I applied to many companies but not a single replied this way.
