Interview
Technical test, English test, telephonic HR interview, face to face interview.
Technical test was above average and based on automobile engineering as it was for mechanical students. English test was average and there are rephrasing paragraphs. In telephonic interview they asked general HR questions and technical questions which are easy and in face to face interview they asked a lot of questions in my technical field which were average and a good experience it was though i was not so much prepared with my technical knowledge. They offered me the job.

Interview
A total of 3 rounds are usually conducted:
1. HR Round- Easy and direct questions. Common sense and good communication skills will work good.
2. Technical Round- Moderate level questions. Completely theory based and subject oriented questions. Questions asked on the basis of write-ups in Written Test.
3. Telephonic Round- Final round. Good communication and presentation skills along with proper confidence level would be enough.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aptara (Dehradun) in Feb 2017
Interview
We were taken into a hall and we were all together 20 people. They gave us test sheets to assess us. It took us 30 mins to complete the test and then we had a personal interview session with the HR and then with the manager.
