AppZen Application Support interview questions

I don't think they are clear about hiring criteria especially HR team. Someone has earlier mentioned his interview experience which is true in my case too. They take couple of rounds, ask you to come to office and meet folks, HR discussion and then they are unable to make decision. Most probably, they are looking for someone to hire from Microsoft or Google that too within one month and low budget. I just tried to give them clarity to set these expectations in JD. You guys must be crystal clear in JD that you need candidate to join within 30 days and stop wasting your and others time.
