The interview process was smooth and well-organized, with friendly interviewers who asked clear questions, creating a comfortable environment that allowed me to confidently showcase my skills and experiences. Everything is good

They asked me to describe a challenging situation I had faced at work and explain how I handled it to achieve a positive outcome.
After being invited by the HR person, an invitation was accepted and was Zoom-interviewed with direct center manager and was asked questions about classroom management and some case scenarios. It took around an hour but it was easygoing as if just having a conversation since the manager was really nice.

Interview
We were required to have a public interview with nearly 10 candidates. Everyone shared the experiment and abilities. When we had passed the public interview, we had a personal interview with other recruiters about the particular position.
