It was smooth and was offered an interview not too long after I applied. The interview itself wasn't intimidating at all. The VP and Director of Strategy are 2 light hearted and funny guys so the interview was more of a hang out. They were upfront on the work i'd be doing. I heard back within a day or 2 and accepted the next day.
