I applied through other source. I interviewed at Andoscia Communications in Mar 2019
Interview
There was a phone call followed by an in-person interview. Everyone I spoke to just seemed to be trying to get a gauge on what type of person I am and what my goals are professionally.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It was more a conversation than a list of rigid questions. We talked about my prior work history, specifically some of my successes and then some of my biggest challenges. Then also we spoke about my goals and where I saw my career heading in the next 5 to 10 years.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Andoscia Communications (New York, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
I found the job online and applied. A few days later I was contacted by a recruiter by phone, which I guess was considered a phone interview. They asked me to answer a few more questions in writing after the phone interview, but before my in person interview that we scheduled for the next week. The in person interview was very nice and after the one on one portion all I had to do was fill out some paperwork. They called me with an offer in about a week, I guess that's how long it took for my background check and everything else go through.

Question 1
The main question that I remember was just why do I want to work for Andoscia.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Andoscia Communications (New York, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied for the Paid PR Lifestyle Agency position for Andoscia Communications via Craigslist in August 2016, and then within an hour I got reply back with an interest for a phone interview with me. The phone interview was very brief which I found very odd, and then immediately after my interview I was emailed about a time to meet with the CEO in person the next week. My in person interview was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional, first of all I found it odd that her office was at her apartment, but that is another story. When I met with her she was constantly apologizing for interrupting me and yelling up to her to her other intern and associate about ongoing random company business, which I found very annoying and unprofessional.
After meeting with the CEO face-to-face I get a voicemail from her the very next day with a job offer, but when I called back her full-time associate (not intern) picked up the phone but had no idea what I was talking about. The Associate was definitely uninformed of the CEO's offer and told me she would get back to me, however she did't get back to me until another four weeks later with a formal job offer. After this whole bizarre interview episode with Andoscia Communications, I was convinced of two things 1) The communication between the CEO and her Associates is horrible 2) Andoscia Communications is just ultimately an unprofessional and disorganized boutique PR agency.
