Anchorage Digital interview questions

Coding round was to design an in memory database that supported multiple pending transactions that could be committed or rolled back. Interview was straightforward however, even with better qualifications than half the company and acing the coding round, received a rejection with no details. Interviewer and recruiter was all over the place.

My experience interviewing with Anchorage Digital was incredibly positive. The team was professional, communicative, and respectful throughout the entire process. It was a challenging process in the best way because each conversation felt important, and it pushed me to come prepared and engage thoughtfully. The case study portion also made the process feel practical and intentional. Overall, I walked away very impressed by both the people and the organization.
