3 rounds of interviews. Took almost 3 months to get a final decision but was kept in the loop throughout the whole process.
1st round was a phone screen, 2nd round hr, 3rd round was with an underwriter.
The team truly wants to get to know you as a person. The process started with phone screening then teams call. They were very responsive and easy to schedule with.
