Generic call with the hiring manager who explained the process. Ample time to ask questions. Interview was described as relax but realistically it was actually a skills based interview. Unfortunately they were really slow in giving feedback and also the feedback was just non helpful / generic rejection.
The interview process was relaxed, the questions were fairly straight forward. The process was a 3 step process, a screening call with recruitment, interview with hiring managers then an interview with Service desk manager and head of support
Initial call with recruiter which went very well and they were excited to put me forward for the role. After that complete silence, despite chasing multiple times. Seems like a trend with this company - pretty disrespectful and a big red flag.
