Phone interview and in person interview, a discussion on previous leadership experience and how you would be a fit for their company. Relatively painless but they weren’t very open about everything that you should know about the job.

Nice people working there, easy questions to answer. Everyone seemed very friendly. Met with two supervisors during my interview, both seemed very knowledgeable. Factory is clean and organized. Very big facility.
