Interviews typically include multiple stages:
A. Phone/Initial Screening (10-20 minutes)

B. Technical/Skill Assessment
Format: Online tests, coding challenges, or project-based tasks.
Purpose: Evaluate technical knowledge or problem-solving ability.
Example in Tech:
Algorithms, data structures, and system design.
C. Behavioral/HR
It was quite average. it consists of three rounds in first round there is mcq question, second coding round then last round is technical round. In coding round there are question based on dsa and dynamic programming
