pretty easy and fun going. the questions weren't hard at all, they make you feel like your just having a regular convo with them. there was a lot of questions and its best that you know what the company about. be very bubbly and show that you understand charity and that you like fashion.

Applied online, got a call to schedule and in person interview. The interview was simple, laid back, fun, they asked about me, past jobs, and how I would approach certain issues. I toured with the store manager.

You have to have one interview with a manager and then the next one if they like you is with the district manager. It is one on one and they make you feel comfortable. The first interview with the manager is out on the couch and the second one is in the office.

They feed you lies in the interview. They will tell you the background of the company and make it seem like they stand for something. It is all an act. They do not care about anyone who works there. Nothing is genuine.
