I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Altabank in Mar 2025
Interview
The application seems very outdated. It requires you to double-enter all of your work experience, has an excess number of references, and is very lengthy. I have applied for jobs at bigger companies/organizations that require much less in the application process.
In the interview, they were welcoming but a bit unprofessional. They had a laminated sheet of prompts and questions. None of the questions were difficult. The overall experience was underwhelming.

Interview
I was invited into the office where we discussed the job, the requirements, and my personality and qualifications. It was a comfortable interview, but still very professional. They inquired about my personality, how I work with others, what I expected from the job, and my experience in handling cash. I asked them about the culture at Bank of America, why they like working there, and what the expected hours and pay would be. They described the training process and the subsequent raises with training. We discussed potential arrangements with my school schedule at a BYU (about 15 minutes away).

Interview
Had a phone interview with the manager, once she liked me, I went to an interview with 5 managers (as I would be working with all of them). I waited a few days after that before I got a call with an offer.
(After I was hired I was told that the only reason I got the job was because I looked the most professional, and that some of the managers didn't like me. I was constantly trying to figure out which ones didn't like me.)
