First interview was one-way on the screen. All the questions were pretty basic and I could easily answer all of them. Since Japanese/English speakers are looked for in this position , I got asked two questions in English ,and two questions in Japanese. Second interview was with a recruiter and also conducted online . The interview process was quite streamlined and they asked me back very quickly right after I answered one question.
