First they phone you on the phone and ask about who you are and what you have studied. Then you're invited to an interview. I did this interview on Google Hangouts. If you're sucessful you get to do a case interview after that and then another interview after that. I just got to the interview (2nd round). Honestly, I had mixed feelings about the position and the company. I had read many negative things about the company on Glassdoor before I had the interview and sadly some of the negative things that was written was true. The interviewer did for example seem very uninterested about my background and seemed to be more interested what other positions I had applied for.
