They sent me an email two weeks after my online application and invited me to a video assessment. It was much the same questions as how others described here. Afterwards, they sent me an email back rejecting because I was not closely match their requirement with qualification and experience. So sad

Behavioral-based interview that is quite common among other firms. Really know why you want to be a part of the firm. Gave a video to watch and asked questions regarding that as well.
