You then get asked to complete the Assessment stage within a week of them receiving your application. 4 Video Assessment questions (you have fifteen seconds to look at the question and then one minute to answer on video) and 3 motivational questions (these must be no more than 200 words each). You then receive an email with the outcome of your Assessment within a week.
