I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
After your resume drop, they will contact you the next day with a link to complete the video assessment. 4 questions, 15 seconds to think of an answer and 30 seconds to respond. Question were very basic and you can find them on Glassdoor. Once I passed that, got an email about a week later saying I had a video interview with Alphasights recruiter, who was pretty young, just about a year and a half out of college. Again, standard interview questions but make sure you really know how AlphaSights fits into your career. Was contacted the very next day for an in-person interview, which I scheduled a week or so after I got the email. Very, very fast process.

Question 1
1. why I want to move my job
2. what's my long-term goal
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
