The process starts with a first call with recruiter. Basic questions to evaluate your motivation.
Then a second call with with a manager to discuss your past experience + few behavioral questions
- Onsite interview (3 : 1 with HR, and 2 with Managers)

Entretiens avec RH et Manager qui se déroulent de manière assez classique. Entretien en partie en anglais car l'environnement est international et beaucoup d'échanges avec le siège social à Munich. Processus rapide et communication fluide.
Different phases (4) with talent recruiter, product team, and the global manager. No proper assignment until the last interview where I was requested to send a business document for a project of my creation.

2 entretiens, question sur les méthodologies agiles et les expériences passées. Très bon accueil lors de chaque entretien, et un retour toujours rapide. J'ai également eu des questions sur mes soft skills et mes diplômes.
