They sent me a set of questions and asked me to answer. After I submitted them, I got the interview a couple days later. The questions were easy. You could verify your answers with your own computer. The recruiter told me they were a C# shop, but they had lots of VB.NET legacy code. After the interview I got an offer on my way home.
