Interview
First there was a phone call and then I was invited to interview in person on the farm. I was interviewed by a panel of people at the same time and then was given a tour of the farm. I was expected to prepare a presentation to demonstrate speaking and education skills. Overall, the staff was very welcoming and engaged.
