Alexander Dennis interview questions

online meeting was held and different questions were asked like How would you describe your leadership style? How do you motivate and inspire your team to achieve goals? Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision that impacted your team. How do you handle conflict within a team? How do you measure success within your team?

I submitted my CV and then I had a telephone interview with the HR Officer. I had passed this interview and the next step was a virtual interview with the same HR Officer and the manager I would be working under. I was successful again and then I had a final interview in person at their Larbert Office with one of the Directors.
