Alcatel-Lucent interview questions

4 rounds of interview which includes phone call , lead , written, manager round. Everything depends on the technical knowledge and be well prepared for that along with soft skills

No phone interview, directly requested to attend on site interview. On site interview was very professional, asking mostly work experience and some behavioral questions. Conducted by hiring manager and a few potential colleagues. Total of 4 people. Total duration approximately half day.
