I've applied for the position myself and was invited to 1,5h onsite interview in Berlin. The interview was not technical, mostly about my CV and tech stack that I am working with and they are working with as well. Afterwards, I was not selected and I am giving negative review because feedback about why exactly was not sufficient (just a regular email), especially after I've spent so much time on interview and needed to take a day off for this.

After the introduction interview, I got a home task to finish. The task was very extensive, and it took me 2-3 weeks to finish. I really regret spending that much time on one home task and ignoring all other companies and interviews. When the task was submitted, I had a technical interview, which was ok, friendly conversation about my experience, my approach to some specific scenarios, and a couple of technical questions regarding Angular and Ionic. And why this interview process was bad from my point of view: 1. The home task was sooo extensive and took a lot of time to be finished 2. It took them 2 months to answer(I was waiting that long for no reason) 3. Generic answer - we regret to say that we will not proceed further with your application. 4. I have spent 3 and half months in total, it should not be so long.
