Interview
Interviewed internally for this position. Interview was only a prescreen and a question panel with the Flight Control Manager and Chief Pilot. Both asked questions specifically around attention to detail and managing quality of life for pilots.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Airshare (Overland Park, KS) in Oct 2024
Interview
Starts at 8:30, there were 6 pilots total, then a company presentation by the assistant chief pilot, with the chief and HR. We were then placed in a holding room, where we all took a test together. Multiple choice questions, basic atp stuff. And a few customer service questions. We were picked one by one for two interviews. One was a 1/1 with the assistant CP, the next was a 2/1 with chief pilot and HR woman. The assistant chief pilot interview was easy and conversational. They want to get to know you. The next 2/1 interview was also easy. The HR women is very nice and friendly.

Interview
Very weird interview process. Will post jobs on their job board that they may or may not be hiring for. Once you get to the interview be prepared to be asked weird questions that do not relate to the job. Waited to hear back process takes about a month just for a denial
