Usually a three stage interview, but I only got to the first round. First round was just a phone screen with a human resources representative. They just asked about my background and experiences. Asked pretty common questions like when was a time you faced conflict or what did you learn from X experience, things like that.

Question 1
When was a time you faced conflict with a teammate.
I recently participated in three interviews with the company and made it a point to express my gratitude after each one. I sent thoughtful emails thanking the interviewers and highlighting details that deepened my interest in the role.
While I understand that hiring processes can take time, it has now been fourteen days since my final interview without any communication. With over seven years as a corporate recruiter, I recognize the importance of candidate follow-up and experience. During my interviews, the team encouraged questions and offered assistance, but by all accounts fell short in the following weeks.
After my third interview, I reached out to the plant manager, who responded promptly and indicated that I would hear from the recruiter or HR leadership soon. Unfortunately, I have not received further updates.
I believe that enhancing communication and follow-up can significantly improve the candidate experience and positively impact your brand's perception. Thank you for considering this feedback as you continue to refine your hiring process.
