Very bureaucratic process, this is the longest hiring process I’ve ever experience in my career...
There were 3 calls to start with, where there was always same people and same questions.
Then they invited me over for a face to face “interview” that was actually not such... the invitation Included tons of pointless quiz

Question 1
The multiple tests included things like geography, which is understandable in aviation.
However asking “how many continents are there” proves how local and tight this company thinks
