I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Air Liquide (Brussels) in Mar 2014
Interview
The person I would work with just explained the position and what will have to be done. Overall, there weren't any questions asked, nor was there some real inquiry on my skill level (which is understandable because everything is on Excel or on local programs so my skills did not matter that much).
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Air Liquide (Buenos Aires)

te piden que te presentes en ingles y seguir una conversacion
It was a very simple interview. Interviewer asked basic interview questions. They seemed interested in my activities at my school and connected the goal of the company to their questions.
I had a very senior employee interview me, which I definitely did not anticipate. It also made it a little tougher at reading my interviewer as I responded to their questions. 3 Behavioural Questions were asked, along with questions regarding my willingness to relocate and reason for wanting to work at the company. Overall great interview process.
