Starts with a recruiter call asking badic questions.
Second round was with Head of
Marketing. One hour call. Pretty casual felt more like a conversation which i liked.
Third round was with PM/producer and head of brand. It was very short. I felt like they didnt really have any questions. Producer asked how many assets i can retouch in a day.
After all that they ghosted me and didnt even have the decency to email back that they dont want to move forward.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your creative process like
How are you like on set
How many assets can you retouch in a day
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Aimé Leon Dore (New York, NY) in Sept 2023
Interview
It's a calm interview, be yourself and familiarize yourself with the brand. The staff is laid back so it is just like having a cool conversation while remembering to be professional.
The interview with the recruiter was very discouraging. Their HR rep was very unenthusiastic about the company and role, she seemed as if she was just going through the motions with the questions to get them over with. When I asked follow up questions about the job description or if there was any potential growth, she responded that she didn't know. Isn't it your job to know these aspects? I wasn't offered to continue to process however I feel like it is not a loss after experiencing such unprofessionalism and overall negative energy from recruitment.
