Agility interview questions

2 interview, one with Executive Assistant, one with hiring manager. Hiring manager asked standard questions, but brought up my kids and desire to further my education saying it was going to cause distractions on my ability to complete my job. Interviewer spoke most of the time.

I had the hiring manager reach out to me and then she had me scheduled to speak to the VP of the company within 2 hours. I spoke to VP and director. They asked a lot of technical questions but I felt they arent really looking for Junior Admin as they wanted the candidate to know the Lightning web component knowledge which is way beyond Junior Admin role,.
