Interview
My experience was the same as others - I only wish I had looked here earlier and saved a few hours of my time. They rushed me into a technical assessment which is a take home app, and then when I built it according to their requirements, plus some of the bonus asks, they sent me a canned rejection email with no explanation for what was inadequate about my submission. This indicates that they are using candidates to build components for them, and that the 'assessment' is a sham. I even asked for feedback about what was inadeuqate about my submission and was ignored. Do not apply here. Companies like this must and shall go under.

Interview
Started with generic behavioural interview, then was given takehome assignment. Create a Weather demo app from a mockup using Typescript, React, LESS and to try to match the mockup as close as possible. Was given a time limit of one week to complete. After I submitted it, they sent me back a default rejection letter. When I asked them for any feedback or reasoning behind it, they ignored my email. I found them to be unprofessional and disrespectful. I recommend you don't apply here.

Interview
Initial screening interview with HR and then a take home tech challenge that will likely take you around 5 hours.
Followed up a couple days later and got a canned rejection response a few minutes later.
If you’re going to ask a candidate to spend their free time on a technical challenge for your company at the very least you should provide feedback if the candidate is open to it.
