AeroGrow interview questions

The interview process was very bizarre. I have a phone interview that was supposed to be 30 minutes and took 1 hour. I had one on-site interview that was about 1.5 hours. As I was leaving they told me they wanted to schedule another interview with me with the company president. After that I never heard back from them. I sent a polite e-mail to follow up and see if I was still considered and got no response. That was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend even applying at this company.

I was Called in for an interview. When I arrived I was greeted at door after ringing a bell. I was then given a tour of the small office and introduced to some of the employees. Then I interviewed with three different managers in different departments. The whole thing lasted about an hour. I then received an email with an offer about a week later.
