Aeris Partners interview questions

This was a very straightforward interview process with two first-round interviews held virtually and then a super day in office. The questions asked were very basic accounting and behavioral. Unfortunately, the HR team seemed very disorganized and a few of the interviewers appeared very disengaged and exhausted.

2 rounds: technical and behavioral. Standard questions from the 400 list and behavioral focused on why tech and software specifically. Met with 2 different analysts for 30 minute calls over zoom
