The interview process was well structured. It included a quick short list which led to a written interview. The written interview had all the specific questions which were technical, managerial and administrative. This alluded to the actual position description. We then had an oral interview process where the senior management were there and also the Human Resource personnel and a representative from the Education Department. They asked sensible questions in line with the position which made me comfortable that they were all in the same room and they were the people I was to work with.
