I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Adverity
Interview
Friendly interview process with two senior sales colleagues. Laid back atmosphere with some questions that they run though after they do a mock cold call with you where you try and get a meeting.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adverity in Apr 2023
Interview
The First part was a phone screening with the recruiter which went very well which was to show that we both align. The second interview was with the manager of the sales team to see if my skills matched with what they're looking and to get to know me. Third interview was a mock cold call. the fourth and final interview was a brief call with the global VP of Sales

Question 1
How do you handle challenges and objections in life?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Adverity in Mar 2023
Interview
I applied online and was given a phone screen with the company recruiter. The recruiter read my resume and knew I would not be what they were exactly looking for but still scheduled a phone screen with me. The call lasted 5 minutes, in which they stated that I did not have what they were looking for (cold calling/cold emailing), when in fact I have years of experience in both and are listed my resume in 3 different roles. Then when I stated that I do in fact have extensive experience and gave examples, the recruiter back tracked and said they are picky and needed someone with more tech experience but would keep my resume for a more junior role. If you know I would not be what you are looking for then kindly do not schedule a phone screen and waste both of our time. As for the role, I'm not sure what types of individuals would be willing to make a horizontal move to an SDR role from another tech sales position which is essentially what the expectation is.
