Interview was at their Cardiff office. Really laid back and casual. Prior to interview their was a mathematics assesment which was pretty basic at GCSE level maths. Overall got to visit the city which althogh a capital is quite affordable to live in

Interview
The interview pace was quite relaxed. Nothing too technical, only generic questions on how one could use data to drive value.
They say they do not necessarily require you to understand the insurance market, but at the same time all their questions are based on case studies from the industry. Take time to explore that if you really want the job.
