Had a screening call, did an interview with the hiring manager and another member of the team, was asked to do an assessment, and then did not hear anything back; I reached out following up on the position and was told they'd get back to me by the week, and then never heard anything else.
Quick and easy and HR was responsive! A few interviews were required and an in person visit was part of it which was nice to see the office and the people who work there

Interview
It took a couple of weeks but was very convoluted. I applied for a role and got an interview within 20 minutes. The first interview didn't make any sense. They pushed me to interview for the media role when I applied for something else, but I figured I would hear them out. I didn't even receive the job description of the role I was interviewing for until the final round, which HR sent me the wrong one and had to resend the correct one only when I asked. A total of three rounds and the final round was in person for 3 hours. Everyone seemed nice but very all over the place. They ghosted me and hired someone I knew shortly after my final interview. Overall, I could tell from this experience they are not buttoned up as a company and are self-serving when it comes to their recruitment efforts. I'm sure they didn't care about me at all. I would avoid them at all costs as an employer and business partner.

We’re sorry that you felt like you weren’t communicated with effectively, that the process seemed unclear and most of all that you felt your time was not valued in the process.
